Do you have the DataEase program? If so, you should be able to export the data into a format Access can handle even if there is no direct converter. What file extension do the DataEase databases have?

Charlotte-thanks for the response, I have the program, I will get back to you on the file extentions. I have no clue about Access or Data Ease. My dad uses it in his company and wants convert. Data Ease does’nt give us all the options we need. A previous employee did extensive research into Access and took all research with him so we are stuck. Will get back to you-prob on Moday or in a months time. The main Data Ease fundi is on leave. You can mail me at richardm@honingklip.com if you have any ideas. Otherwise please give me your mail address and I will mail you with the details as soon as he is back and I get get more info to you. Thanks a million.

While my email address is in my profile, any questions and answers exchanged by email wouldn’t benefit other Loungers who might have similar questions. It’s best to keep the discussion here in the open forums where others can make use of the information too. Think of it as your contribution to Lounge posterity. grin

Charlotte’s reply is exactly what you’ll have to do. You can export your DataEase table as a delimited file that can then be imported into an Access database as a table. You can not directly import/export between Access and DataEase. yadda

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
