I have the following :

Microsoft Office Access 2007 (12.0.4518.1017) MSO (12.0.6020.5000) As Delivered
Microsoft Office Access 2007 (12.0.6211.1000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000) After SP1 Update
Microsoft Office Access 2007 (12.0.6334.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6327.5000) After 15 Hotfixes from Allen Brown website

Are there any other updates/hotfixes I should be aware of?

All MS & Office updates have been applied

There is a very recent hotfix (I think dated Dec 2008). When released, you couldn’t just download it, you had to submit a request to have it sent to you, so it might not be on other websites.

Is there an official Access 2007 website that has all the latest SP’s & hot fixes?

I don’t think there is an “official” list of hotfixes easily available from Microsoft. I think their philosophy is that if you have a particular problem, you will research it through the MSKB, and you will find the relevant Hot Fix there. Generally, there is a caveat associated with each Hot Fix, something to the effect of “Do not apply this Hot Fix if you don’t have one of the issues listed”. I don’t think they want everyone installing every Hot Fix like it was a Service Pack.
