The Label1 and Label2 labels on my Access 2007 database display the same text as the first item on my Switchboard (“Add new customer”). I have changed the captions. They look right in design view now, but still display incorrectly. Am I missing a step? Thank you.

Check the code behind the Switchboard form and see if the captions get set there.

(In Access 2003 and before, the captions of Label1 and Label2 are fixed, and the caption of the Switchboard form as a whole is modified dynamically; I don’t have Access 2007 so I don’t know whether it has changed there)
