Would like to print a few fields from the Access DB for mailing, but print to envelopes and if possible include my return address on the envelope.
Currently I print labels, then paste both the TO & From labels to the envelopes. This printing is about 600 envelopes.
TIA,
Carl,

Thanks, this worked just great. Took a bit time to understand what was done, but got it done.
Again thanks.

AskWoody_MVPJanuary 7, 2010 at 5:58 pm #1196390It is also possible to create a report that prints on an envelope – then you don’t have to get involved with the mail merge. And you will see the envelopes in the preview mode. However – printing envelopes is a tricky issue unless you have a printer designed to do exactly that. One of our clients has a dedicated envelope printer made by Xerox, and they print several thousand in a month. When I try to print more than a handful on my HP 3600 I typically have some issues with the envelopes creasing or occasionally not feeding as they should, and you can only load about 40 at a time… Bottom line – the mechanical problems may be the most difficult part.
