Can I make a post about a non computing book that I am looking for?

I am trying to find a copy of George Turner’s The Cupboard Under the Stairs. This book was co-winner of the 1962 Miles Franklin Award. George went to to write excellent science fiction, and his non science fiction has become hard to come by.

I have tried the usual on line sites.

Did you want to own it or just read it? A lot of city and county libraries have formed cooperatives and networks to borrow books from far and wide. Perhaps they can help?

Here is one site that you could try. I live quite close to this, so could make a phone enquiry if you like.
