I’m not using Windows 11 (not yet, anyway).
According to this video, this will be an official MS release in 2024.
The release of Windows 11 LTSC was already spoken of here.
But whether it will really be a Lite version similar to Windows 10 1809 LTSC remains to be seen. Personally I will not be so quick to believe that.
And even if it is similar to the last LTSC (2021 LTSC), it will most likely only be supported for 5 years like LTSC 2021, which makes its usefulness limited in my view.
PS : I am using Windows 10 1809 LTSC myself and will soon test Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021, both of which are supported for 10 years.
Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst.

I don’t use Reddit at all.
The information in that post is outdated anyway. The IoT LTSC 2021 can now be activated by KMS once you updated it sufficiently. I had already tested KMS activation of IoT LTSC 2021 after updating to KB5033372 (December 2023) and it worked.
And, even though IoT LTSC 2021 is available only in an EN-US (US English) iso, I have found a way to convert other language versions of LTSC 2021 (e.g. Traditional Chinese) to IoT LTSC 2021. I have both versions (non-IoT / IoT) running in VMware virtual machines now, in multiple language versions.
So please tell me : What did I miss by not being aware of that post ?
Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst.
My preliminary testing of IoT LTSC 2021 has yielded positive results. Not only can it be activated via KMS using the generic VLK key provided by Microsoft, there is also a way to convert non-US English versions of LTSC 2021 to IoT LTSC 2021.

So it seems that I will be able to switch to IoT LTSC 2021 if and when I think it necessary.
If I were to use Windows 11, it will only be the LTSC or IoT LTSC. I will be interested to see if there is a similar IoT offering (by this I mean 10 year support rather than only 5 years) when Windows 11 LTSC is released in the second half of this year.
Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst.
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 has been announced by Microsoft :
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/internet-of-things-blog/announcing-windows-11-iot-enterprise-ltsc-2024-empowering-edge/ba-p/4148329
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/iot-enterprise/whats-new/windows-11-iot-enterprise-ltsc-2024
It is supported for 10 years as specified in the second link. Apparently it still allows for installing to systems with BIOS rather than UEFI, and Secure Boot and TPM are all still “optional”.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/iot-enterprise/Hardware/System_Requirements?tabs=Windows11LTSC
So it should be able to run after installing to BIOS systems and MBR (rather than GPT) partitioning. I am going to test it in VMware virtual machines after its release to see what it is.
Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst.
