    What is this process called “_Total”

    It is running like 125000K and is slowing down my computer? Is is SPYWARE?

      Chris,

      Not spyware, it’s a performance data log file, used to check CPU and other devices.

      You can disable it by going to Control Panel>Administrative tools>services. Scroll down to performance logs and alerts. Right click and click on properties. Go to start up type and change to “disabled”.
