I am getting this message when trying to open a database. Microsoft jet database could not find the input table or query MSysModules2. Check path…

It is not a secured database. I can not get it to open at all.

    Please help!

    Thanks,
    Deborah

      Try the following:
      – Create a blank new database.
      – Select File | Get External Data | Import…
      – Try to import all database objects (tables, queries, forms, …) from the problem database into the new one.
      – If you succeed, set the startup options (Tools | Startup…) as in the problem database, and if necessary, set non-standard references in VBA.

Is there a way to import all objects at one time?

You’ll have to click Select All in each tab. When you have done so, you can click OK to import all database objects in one go.

Now, I am getting another message. Operation Invalid without a current undex.

            What do I do now?

Your database appears to be seriously corrupt. One other thing you can try: download the JetComp utility from here. See if you can use it to create a repaired version of the database.
If not, you’ll have to restore a recent non-corrupt backup copy of the database.
