To remove that icon from your Search
In the Registry Editor window, jump to the Explorer key available under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE root key.
Specifically
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
If you don’t see an Explorer key (you probably won’t, I didn’t) , then create it. Right-click on Windows key > New > Key.
Rename the newly generated key with the name Explorer
On the right-hand section of the Explorer key, create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value, and rename that value to DisableSearchBoxSuggestions
Double-click on the DisableSearchBoxSuggestions value and you will see an Edit Value box
In that box, change the Value data from 0 to 1
Press the OK button and close the Registry Editor
Restart File Explorer or reboot your PC.
OR Click on the link below and add it to your computer
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer]
