No operating system is fully “fixed”. Rather it’s “good enough” for most.

I’m going to be rolling out 24H2 over the next two weeks to mixtures of machines. Stay tuned.

I’ve been running 24H2 since it was released without problems. There have been many reported issues of various kinds. Your own hardware, software, and tweaking of the OS will determine your outcome. As usual, if you decide to upgrade be sure to make an image backup of your system before starting the upgrade process.
