    Lengthy thread here of the 2019-03 cumulative update breaking PXE booting on WDS.

    Looks to affect 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019. Replicated it on a test setup here.

      Looks like it affects all machines, and rolling back the patch fixes it.

      Who tests this stuff, anyway?
