    Click on Help, contents pane opens. click on Answer wizard tab, nothing. Click Index, nothing.

    This is not an improvement dizzy

      I’m going to suggest that you post a link to this thread in the Office XP board. Often help problems are signs of larger installation issues. Perhaps someone else has run into this over there.
