I have produced an A5-size booklet in two-page format based on A4 page size. In print preview pane, the book looks good, with left-hand page on left, and right-hand page on right. But when I print, the cover page prints in the left, with a blank page on right, and all subsequent pages print with left-hand page on right and vice-versa. To clarify, e.g. page 7 is on the left, and page 8 on right of spread, rather than pages 6 and 7 on left and right respectively.
How can I get to to print correctly, so that it looks like the final book spread?
