    If any one uses Comcast High Speed Internet Sevice, they’re offering (at no cost) , a McAfee Virus Scan and McAfee Personal Firewall Plus.

      Now that I edit your post to make the web address a link.

      I will NOT install anything that comes from McAfee, whether it be free or otherwise. McAfee has been losing their market share to the point that they must give it away and get a new user base. How long before one will need to start paying for it, who knows?

      AOL users are being offered it free of charge.

        Thank you Dave for your linky thing. You could be correct about McAfee. I tried to download it and failed, once I reached the McAfee site. Perhaps it’s a good think that it failed.

      I have to agree with Dave on this one also.

      I’m afraid I haven’t been agreeing with some of your choices lately. First SP2, now McAfee.
