Here’s the situation: I create an appointment in the Calendar and invite a few attendees. One of the attendees accepts the request. This moves the meeting request from his Inbox to his Sent Items (not a problem). He then goes into his Sent Items and prints the meeting request. What gets printed doesn’t contain all of the information he needs (like the location and time of the meeting). If he opens the appointment from his calendar and prints it, it DOES give him the location and time of the meeting.
Is there a way to make the meeting request in his Sent Items print like the appointment in the calendar?
