My wife, who works in Publisher quite a bit, designed a brochure for my company, and later converted it into a web site. She used the response form wizard to create a form, which I later modified and added some input fields. The problem: the tab order is incorrect, jumping all over the form. Any insight on changing the tab / input order? Online help isn’t !

I’m not sure you can get all the controls to receive focus on a tab. For example, check boxes only seem to get focus when clicked on. But text box controls will receive focus when you tab. To change the tab order:

      1) click the control you want #1
      2) click the Bring to Front icon
      3) click the control you want #2
      4) click the Bring to Front icon
      5)… repeat for each control

If you created the reply boxes in Publisher also I think you’ll find that publisher tabs them in the order you create them. The easiest way to change it is to view the source code in Notepad and change the order of the boxes in there. It is some time since I worked a web page in Publisher and I found it easier ti edit it afterwards in Notepad once you’d created the complicated stuff in Publisher. Try it -I think I’m right.
