    I upgraded Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11, but I believe I am running the Home version of 11, not the Pro after my last system restore.

    How can I double-check, and fix it if it is Home I am now running?

      If you upgraded from Win 10 Pro to Win 11, it should be on Win 11 Pro. But, to check, go to Settings> System> About. If it IS on Win 11 Home, you would have to upgrade if you want Pro.

      No, the darn thing is the Home version.  And when I upgraded from 10 it was / is 10 Pro — I still have THAT CD.

      Is there a way I can fix this without putting out a bunch of money?

        What happens when you select ‘upgrade to Pro’ in Activation ?

      How did you upgrade to Windows 11 ? Online ? ISO, Windows update ?

      You can download Windows 11 Pro ISO and run repair/install.

      If you have the W11 Pro CD, it should have the activation key with it. You should be able to search for activation in settings and then change product key.
