in my windows 7 x86 when I use BypassESU-v11 then not start office 2010 (word and picture manager) and I cannot remove or repair the office 2010 (error osetup.dll ) when i remove BypassESU-v11 this problem is solved.
please help me or send this problem for @abbodi86 to update the BypassESU-v11

it has incompatibility issue and may cause msiexec.exe or other programs to stop working
therefore, it’s recommended to install it only when new .NET 4 updates are available, then remove it after installing the updatesif it fails to install .NET 4 updates, use the standalone .NET 4.x ESU installer
