Last week I updated Win 10 to v 1903. My OS is Win 10 Pro. I log-in locally rather than using an MS account. All that being said, ever since updating from v 1803 I have had no less than 3-5 daily DC errors. All of them look like this:

I did a search on how to correct the error and by and large they range from complex solutions to simply ignore the errors since they are benign and do not effect the performance of my computer. My attitude is to ignore it because my attempts to correct it have been futile.  Any suggestions? Thanks.

I see them as frequently with some minor variation and everything seems to be just fine.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

      Refer to support.microsoft.com:
DCOM event ID 10016 is logged in Windows

      Cause
These 10016 events are recorded when Microsoft components tries to access DCOM components without the required permissions. In this case, this is expected and by design.

      Workaround
These events can be safely ignored because they do not adversely affect functionality and are by design. This is the recommend action for these events.

If desired, advanced users and IT professionals can suppress these events from view in the Event Viewer by creating a filter and manually editing the filter’s XML query
