AskWoody LoungerApril 4, 2017 at 4:54 pm #106550You might want to watch out for this one as it fails to install and when you hit try again all the Office 2016 updates spring in to play and this happens on Win10x64Pro ver. 1607 & same again on insider ver. 15063. Got bit once with this on ver. 1607. Defective update? or ploy to circumvent GPEDIT settings as they are locked down on both versions.

-> Do not show feedback notifications:Enabled
-> Toggle user control over insider builds:Enabled
Internet Explorer->Internet control panel->Advanced Page->Allow IE to use
SPDY/3:EnabledWindows update->DeferWindows update->Select When Feature updates are received:CBB (180days) Pause feature updates:selected
Windows update->Configure Automatic Updates immediate installation:Enabled (2)notify for d/l & Inst.
Do not include drivers with windows updates:EnabledNothing at all configured in Windows Defender policy (untouched) On Win10Prox64 ver 1607.
