• Patch Lady – Seeing any issues with QuickBooks?

    There’s not much detail here but I’m seeing some chatters about crashing on QuickBooks 2019 and 2020 on Windows 10 2004.  Lyle reached out to me and said “KB2267602 installs on Win 10 2004 and then will cause QB Enterprise 2019 & 2020 versions to crash when trying to run any report and if you try and open the check register nothing happens.”  (2267602 is a defender update)

    In one QuickBooks venue they recommended running the app as admin (ugh) and that was a workaround.  One of the symptoms was that QB check register wouldn’t open.
