Or at least, that’s what Terry Myerson just said on the IFA keynote.

I wish they’d show me something that I actually want to have in the next version of Windows. Mixed reality? Meh. 3D paint? Gimme a break.

The AR/VR/xR stuff is very exciting, don’t get me wrong, but it has to be more mobile, more portable. Apple and Google are way, way ahead in the game.
