• Julie Larson-Green moves to Qualtrics, a feedback survey company

Nat Levy at GeekWire has the story. Larson-Green will become the Chief Experience Officer at Qualtrics.

I talked about her departure from Microsoft last May. Hers is an extraordinary story. I didn’t (and don’t) agree with several of her design decisions, but she was one of the most respected ‘Softies I’ve ever encountered.

Back in October, when Larson-Green officially left Microsoft, Tom Krazit at GeekWire had a story about Larson-Green’s impending change:

“While I was recovering from my surgery, with Microsoft’s support, I was able to spend time on my passion for advising companies on building customer-first products and creating a great company culture,” she wrote in an email to GeekWire. “After 25 years at Microsoft, I’m taking the opportunity to continue to do that work and pursue new adventures.”

Now we know where she landed.

I expect she’ll become a highly respected Qualtricsite. Qualtricsess. And those Qualtrics feedback exams are due for a major makeover. I’m looking forward to it.
