There are dozens of bashed bugs in the re-released version of KB 4032188. Can we rely on Microsoft’s declaration that a specific version of Win10 is fully baked?

UPDATE: A little bird told me that this cumulative update fixes the Surface Pro 4 Windows Hello camera issue – nullifying the bug introduced in the “Surface – System – 7/21/2017 12:00:00 AM –” driver.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Now I’m hearing that KB 4032188 doesn’t fix theĀ “Surface – System – 7/21/2017 12:00:00 AM –” bug at all, but that MS has pulled the botched driver. If you’re having the “Hello is broken” problem, the only solution is to roll back the bad driver, using the technique in theĀ Computerworld article.
