    … the Automatic Update shadow knooooooows….

    Seriously, tomorrow’s Black Tuesday. Nobody has a clue what’s in store, although we have a list of about 20 non-security patches that’ll get tossed out the Automatic Update chute.

    Make sure you’re locked down, and Automatic Update is turned off.

    Reverting once again to MS-DEFCON 2: Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don’t do it.
